The Human Gene Coexpression Analysis tool (HGCA) is based on the coexpression analysis of 55431 Human genes from gene pair correlation data of 3500 RNASeq samples from the GTEx Project.
Input the Ensembl Gene ID (ENSG00000114391) or HGNC Gene Symbol (RPL24) of your gene of interest. To find Ensembl Gene IDs or HGNC Gene symbols, search GeneCards using names, identifiers or keywords for gene symbols, aliases, identifiers, etc.		(By typing the start of the Ensembl Gene ID or HGNC Symbol, up to 10 matches will be suggested)
